Solution

In the Extended Operation tab, the Manager Status property of the driver remains Starting.

You clicked Stop to stop the driver and soon after that you clicked Start to restart it. In this way, the start process remains hanging.

Do one of the following:

• Wait 10 minutes.
• From the Win CC OA Console, force the driver stop and restart.
