Creating and Configuring Incident Template

Scenario

You want to configure an incident template to make the system react to events occurring in the system and automatically trigger incidents.

Prerequisites

• One or more notification templates (message templates) are configured.
• System Manager is in Engineering mode.
• In System Browser, select Application View.
